Seller Offer of Compensation to Buyer Brokerage

Pursuant to a certain listing agreement between the Listing Brokerage and the seller/landlord, the seller/landlord may have elected to, and disclose, an offer of compensation for the buyer’s brokerage.

Any offers of compensation MUST be negotiated and in a signed written agreement, prior to or at the time a contract for purchase is executed.

Any offer of compensation not in a fully executed written document prior to an accepted purchase agreement will not be valid.
